All menus are written to our customers requirements. I like to work seasonally so the food has great flavour and I source all my ingredients from local suppliers, using free-range seasonal produce.
I suggest a meeting with customers for menu planning, which also gives me a chance to view the venue before the day.
(this is usually only necessary for large events).
We make everything ourselves from the bread, sauces, pastries & desserts so we have full control over what goes into our dishes, ensuring everything will be made fresh for your event.
We can cater for all dietary requirements.
